We just heard the excellent news that Lucas and his partner Carla welcomed a new daughter yesterday morning! Emery Elise Waller was born at 5:30AM, about 9 days early and just under 7 lbs. When I talked to Lucas yesterday they were all tired from laboring overnight (probably more Carla than Lucas…) but are otherwise all doing well.
